Zekat Kimlere Farzdir?

Zekat, Müslüman, erginlik çagina gelmis, akilli, hür ve dinen zengin sayilan kimselere farzdir. Dinen zengin sayilanlar, borcundan ve aslî ihtiyaçlarindan baska "NISAP MIKTARI" mali olan kimselerdir.
